School leaders today are faced with building relationships, managing conflict, making difficult decisions and increased demands for school improvement. Many leaders are experiencing high levels of stress as they attempt to be all things to all people. Innovative and inspirational leaders have discovered that leadership is an inner quest and that inspiration comes as they grow as a person.
